Matchbook Magazine's second issue is out! Our team is beside ourselves with excitement. I'm dying to know - which feature was your favorite?

Macau trực tuyến Baccaratchez jean cocteau

Above is eccentric artist/poet Jean Cocteau’s Milly-la-Forêt maison. My knowledge of Mr. Cocteau is limited (I do know that the man liked to hold professional meetings in his bedroom, where he would lay in bed and smoke opium...), but I would love to find out more. His home, which opened to the public this summer, houses original sketches by Proust and Picasso in addition to portraits by Warhol and Man Ray. Cocteau insisted that Madeleine Castaing decorate his home, hence the bold leopard wallpaper (which I think is divine!). Katie and Jane don’t know it yet, but I think a Matchbook field trip to Milly-la-Forêt is in order :)

(P.S. - did you know that Jean Cocteau is one of Miles Redd's favorite artists?)

Macau trực tuyến Baccaratpop the champagne!

After months of hard work, we present to you the first issue of Matchbook Magazine! I feel like the luckiest girl in the world (or at least in Kansas City) to be part of such a fantastic publication. We're already hard at work on issue two (it'll be out in four short weeks - can you believe it?!). In the meantime, I hope you enjoy issue one as much as I do :) Feel free to reblog any and all photos above!

Macau trực tuyến Baccaratà demain!

Matchbook Magazine’s premiere issue launches tomorrow! My, how time flies - I can hardly believe it :) In the meantime, our new website is up and running. I do hope that you’ll take a peek! I’m completely smitten with our Matchbook Girl Manifesto and its accompanying illustration by Ms. Katie Evans (whom we’re proud to call our on-staff illustrator). Less than twenty four hours to go... someone pinch me!
