finals, schminals

I feel like this photo is an accurate depiction of my life right now. I am in the midst of my last finals week and am literally swimming in papers-- I'm sure you all remember the feeling very well (my Grandmother still has reoccuring nightmares about her exam week experiences!). It's almost over (so excited), but until then my posts will be few and far between. Stay tuned! I will return next week with a vengeance :)

I wish each and every one of you a fantastic weekend! Looking forward to reconnecting soon.

Macau trực tuyến Baccaratpetit bateau's fall 2010 lookbook

Petit Bateau’s fall 2010 lookbook is so perfectly French—I’m inspired. That nautical-striped sweater is calling my name! And how cute is the model and her tousled Brigitte Bardot-esqe locks? I need to figure out how to do that. Ahh, I wish I were better at styling my hair! I’m the worst. Anywho, I highly recommend that you check out the rest of the lookbook at Refinery 29 (its freaking adorable).

burberry's april showers collection

I love this video Burberry released to celebrate the launch of their new April Showers Collection. It’s so happy and bright (almost like it could pass as an intro for an early ‘90s sitcom). Shortly after watching this, I experienced a sudden desire to cover myself head-to-toe in Burberry’s signature check.. thankfully, it was short-lived! Oh Burberry, I love you. But not that much.

I heart miu miu

OK, OK-- I swear this is the last post on Miu Miu’s spring line. My friend Katherine sent me a link to a scanned Miu Miu editorial, and I had to share some of these photos (I’m obsessed with this collection). Tulle, crystal detailing, whimsical animal prints on luxe silks? Yes, please! As these frocks are a tad bit out of my price range, I think it’s high time that I teach myself how to sew so I can start designing + creating my own clothing. Where's Sweatshop when you need them?!

dress your home in chanel

If I were decorating a home on a limitless budget, I’m fairly certain that I would find a place to hang a magnificent bespoke Chanel silk scarf chandelier like this one by Susan Fellman. Wouldn’t it be perfect in a dressing room? I can totally see someone like Kim Kardashian going nuts over this (I love her). Sans chandalier, the scarf itself is gorgeous! I'm a sucker for decadent jewel prints :)
