ARRIVAL TRANSFER
FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT TO YOUR HOTEL OR ANY ADDRESS*

Description & instructions to redeem your voucher:
Board your air-conditioned vehicle for a convenient and reliable door-to-door service from Fiumicino Airport to your hotel in the city centre.
REGULAR SHUTTLES (regular 30-min departures between 07.45 and 10.15 pm)
Once you have collected your luggage please present this voucher to the HOTEL RESERVATION Welcome desks located at each arrival terminal of Rome’s Fiumicino Airport (terminal B or C operating different times but covering time range between 07:00 am and 10:30 pm). A representative will then indicate where the shuttle will be waiting.
Please note, if you miss the above stated booked shuttle you will be allowed to take the first shuttle available. There’s a shuttle leaving from FCO Airport each 30 minutes from 07.45 am until 10.15 pm. The latest shuttle leaves at 10.15 pm and since this is a shared service it cannot wait for delayed customers; in case you miss the latest regular shuttle leaving please be so kind to get in touch with the dedicated emergency number in order to know which is the first shuttle available.
NIGHT SHUTTLES (between 10.45 pm and 07.00 am)
Once you have collected your luggage please present this voucher to the HOTEL RESERVATION Welcome desks located AT B TERMINAL ONLY. The driver will be waiting with a sign stating your name; the driver will be waiting a maximum of 1 hour after the estimated arrival time of your flight. After you’ve met the driver you will be allowed to get the first shuttle leaving (maximum waiting time 30 minutes approx). In case your flight is delayed and you missed your shuttle or in case you have problems in locating your driver, please contact the night emergency number in order to know which is the next shuttle available or to get general assistance. Unused services are not refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTES
This is a shared transfer service. As such, there may be multiple hotel drop-offs for other passengers on board before commencing to your accommodation. Open/Close time of desk are as follows : Terminal B and C - from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 22:30. Each traveller is allowed maximum 2 pieces of medium luggage. Oversize or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboard, golf clubs or bikes) may have restrictions and you will be responsible for the transfer and cost of any extra luggage. All times are approximate. Road, traffic and weather conditions, may affect the schedule.
Luggage
Each traveller is allowed maximum 2 pieces of luggage. Oversize or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if you excess luggage is acceptable.
This is a shared shuttle service; as such the porterage is not included.

Board your air-conditioned vehicle for a convenient and reliable door-to-door service from your hotel in the city centre to Fiumicino Airport.
Please be so kind be ready at your hotel concierge or outside the front door at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. The driver will look after you at your hotel concierge; the shuttle cannot wait more than 5 minutes; unused services are note refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTES
This is a shared transfer service. As such, there may be multiple hotel pick-ups on route to Fiumicino Airport. All times are approximate. Road, traffic and weather conditions, may affect the schedule (up to 15/20 minutes tolerance on the scheduled pick up time). You are advised to reconfirm your shuttle transfer at least 48 hours prior to scheduled date. Please find further instructions in your voucher.
Please wait at the hotel concierge desk 15 minutes prior to your confirmed pick up time. Max luggage allowed: 2 pieces of medium size. Oversize or extra luggage may have restrictions and you will be responsible for the transfer and cost of any extra luggage.
